Generating and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality leads is GoCanvas’ most pressing sales KPI
Although GoCanvas was generating plenty of inbound leads, their outbound efforts were weak — particularly on LinkedIn.
The team knew boosting their outreach represented a huge and largely untapped opportunity, but they struggled to find the time to build the “mega workflows” required for an effective outbound campaign.
